Selling a home?
Chances are, your perspective buyer will order a home inspection.  This is why a Pre-Contract Home Inspection is recommended in order to have a professional evaluation performed.  This will give you a good opportunity to repair any reported defects and avoid "eleventh hour" issues which may jeopardize the sale.
