Founded in 1998 by Steve Acker,  Buyers Ally Home & Building Inspections has earned a reputation for top quality inspections and excellent client service.  Since 1993 , Steve has performed over 7,000 Home Inspections around the Tampa Bay area.  Serving all of Pinellas and most parts of Hillsborough and Pasco counties , Steve has been a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors(A.S.H.I.) since 1996, ACI member #105519. MOST REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS WILL ONLY RECOMMEND CERTIFIED MEMBERS OF ASHI TO THEIR CLIENTS! WE STRONGLY URGE YOU TO LEARN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INSPECTORS WHO BOAST MEMBERSHIP IN OTHER TRADE ORGANIZATIONS AND THOSE WHO ARE ACTUALLY CERTIFIED MAMBERS OF ASHI!  In the beginning, ASHI set the standard that most other organizations fail to meet! 
Steve is state licenced (H.I. #384) and insured but BEING STATE LICENCED IS NOT ENOUGH!  Steve currently serves on the Board of Directors of the local chapter of SunCoast ASHI located in the central west coast of Florida.  

Following the initial inspection findings review with the client , Buyers Ally, Inc. electronically delivers a propietary, thourough inspection report, complete with digital photos. Inspection fees will be paid at the time of the inspection,please. All reports are provided within 24-48 hours from the time of the completed inspection.  We believe in Dependability,  Diligence, Honesty, Integrity and Knowledge.  Steve Acker has formed business relationships and is trusted by many of the top performing Real Estate and Insurance agents in the Tampa Bay market.
